ABOUT THE IMAGES:
“These color photographs are part of a larger body of work which have been captured over the last 4 years. Many trips were made back to certain locations to secure the proper lighting and compositions. All the work has been captured using Leica SL3, SL2, M11, MI0 R and Q3 cameras. Various SL and M wide angle, normal and telephoto lenses have been used.” - James Brunetti
ABOUT JAMES BRUNETTI: James V Brunetti is a native New Yorker who moved to Broward County, FL , 17 years ago. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Civil Engineering and went on to Columbia University to obtain advanced engineering degrees. He is currently the Director of Operations at Absolute Engineering Solutions in Davie, FL
His passion for photography started in High School and College taking photographs for the Year Book and UVA Cavalier Daily Newspaper for which he was Photo Editor. During the following years working as a Professional Engineer, James pursued photography using Medium and Large Format Film cameras to capture many color and black and white images of the New York City area. Many of these images have been captured in Manhattan as Urban Landscapes over many years.
James is now photographing all his work with digital Leica Cameras. He finds them to provide film-like quality and large format resolution.
